Markus Raupach (Bamberg, Alemania)
Markus Raupach began working as a photographer, journalist and media professional for breweries, hotels and restaurants soon after founding his media agency in 1998. Since 2005, the Bamberger has also published over 60 books and games, including brewery guides for Franconia, Bavaria, Saxony, Thuringia and Berlin as well as the chronicle of the German Brewers' Association for its 150th anniversary in 2021. From numerous events that he has organized since 2006, the idea of a beer academy finally emerged, which he realized in 2013 with the founding of the German Beer Academy, for which he was awarded the "Golden Beer Idea 2015". In 2019, he received this award again, this time for the realization of his idea of a "Walk of Beer" in Forchheim. In 2023, he was made an honorary knight in the Brotherhood of Belgian Brewers. Markus Raupach has been a lecturer at the Genussakademie Bayern since 2018 and the only Nominated Educator (WSET) for beer in Germany since 2024.

Markus Raupach is a beer, brandy and cheese sommelier, experienced judge, member of the British Guild of Beer Writers and the North American Guild of Beer Writers, recipient of the Bamberg Beer Order, board member of Bierland Oberfranken, Chairman of the Association of Bavarian Fine Spirits Sommeliers and President of the German Beer Consumers Union (GBCU). In 2017, industry representatives voted Markus Raupach one of Germany's most important beer personalities.

Blanca Fresno comenzó en el mundo de la cerveza allá por el año 2008 en Eslovaquia. En 2012 inauguró el primer brewpub de Asturias. A lo largo de estos años ha obtenido numerosos reconocimientos internacionales en competencias como Brasil Beer Cup, Copta Tayrona, International Beer Cup of Japan o el Concurso Internacional de Lyon. En abril de 2024 hizo historia junto a su socio y compañero Ricardo Aftyka obteniendo la primera medalla de la historia para España en La Copa Del Mundo con Dúa Grisette. Es jueza BJCP

Hoy os presento a Vicente Alluin, o por así decir el 50% de Het Boerenerf, cervecería histórica refundada en el 2020 reconocida por sus blend no sólo de lambic, también le dan a la sidra o el hidromiel.

Si conoces Soma seguramente sea por sus lupulazos, pero no hay nada como un buen trabajo con el agua para que el lúpulo brille. De ese trabajo nos va a hablar Ramón, que se está currando una charla bien nutritiva sobre el agua en cerveza.

Que no te confunda su nombre, el Semilla es más de levaduras que de maltas. Poco a aportar sobre el Messi de la cerveza: pionero en fermentaciones espontáneas en latinoamérica y responsable que lo ácido hispano gane medallas. Estará en la mesa redonda que más nos hará salivar.
